Someone with commit access can downgrade this:
1) Permanently, with jam upload-packages + push to the repo
2) Locally, with jam build-remote-test-repository (see "jam help" for
instructions)
alternatively, put your 4.1.0 package in generated/downloads, add the
appropriate checksum file, and set HAIKU_NO_DOWNLOADS. This should allow
the build to proceed.
