I've had a similar experience with the Flurry screensaver in rev47098
(GCC2) which just crashes on selection, and since I assume it's now the
selected screensaver I can't access that preference panel any more. The
screen blanker also crashes once it attempts to start up after a length of
inactivity.
I'll attach a crash dump if that helps.
