New description:

I just started noticing this on hrev46438 . If you copy text from Web+,
and then paste it in a field in Web+, it pastes the text but with
"text/html" immediately following. If the source is StyledEdit, you get
 "application/x-vnd.Be-text_run_array" instead.

If the source is this description box I'm typing in, I get something
 random like "2'" or "ÿÿÿú(ˆó(".
