This is hrev46277.
* Create a link to some file on e.g. the Desktop
* Rename the original file
-> file still shows unbroken icon.
Well, I guess Tracker can not monitor every link...
But at least after opening "Get Info" on the file, the icon could be
updated to be "broken".
