You've two entries because there are two HD audio devices in your system
(the graphics card exposes a HDMI audio controller too).

I dunno whether overriding a system driver with a user driver has ever
 worked before.
Does ~/config/non-packaged/add-ons/kernel/drivers/bin/ ends up in /system
 /add-ons/kernel/drivers/bin/ correctly?
