We meet on the Pitt radio club repeater: http://www.pitt.edu/~sorc/parc/technology.html 443.45 MHz (+5.0 MHz offset, PL 100 Hz) On a Yaesu handheld, set the "Squelch type" to "Tone" and set the "Tone frequency" to "100". When you dial to 443.45, you should see a "+" icon and a "T" icon. The "+" is for the +5.0 MHz offset and the "T" is for Tone. Tone is also sometimes called "CTCSS" or Continuous Tone-Coded Squelch System.
