They sell different sizes. You could use a servo to actuate it. Have the cup
move down a belt.

There are some 100ml /min pumps on amazon for $12. 100ml/min means it can
pour a shot in about 30 sec. If you have all your mixers and such going at
the same time, it should fill up the glass fairly quickly. You would be able
to get a bunch more throughput if you do the 3d printed model.

This is the one I know "works" as I've taken the SCAD code and modified it
