Hi everyone, we have a soldering class scheduled on May 20. Its an
official Remake Learning Days Event. Below are some links.

We need someone to teach this class....
I will be out of town at Maker Faire Buffalo that weekend.
The reason we had to choose that date is because it needs to be during the
Remake Learning Days week.
The class is our standard "solder an arduino from a kit" class. The reason
we chose that curriculum is because its been done multiple times, and we
have the power point presentation and know what materials are needed and
where to buy them.
In the future we would like to have a simple soldering class that anyone
can teach, and would like to teach soldering classes more often.
Long story short, May 20 seems to be a very busy day for most people. Lots
of events going on everywhere. We are having somewhat of a hard time
finding someone to teach it.
If you volunteer to teach this class, I will purchase all the materials
for you, and go through the class with you personally and teach you
everything you need to know to teach this class.
Its a great way to do many volunteer hours at once for HackPGH, and its
something you can put on your resume as teaching a technical skill to the
public. It looks really really good on your resume. Plus you will be
helping out HackPGH!
Let me know, and I will schedule a time to go through the class with you.
