[hackpgh-discuss] MendelMax

I got the MendelMax to work, using Cura 15.04.6 and the profile that Ryan put 
on the wiki.

The extruder seemed a little close to the bed at the start of the print, so I 
turned the Z screws clockwise slightly as the print started.
