I confirmed the extended time was a bug, and they don't know what the
prizes are so there's only till tonight to send in an app.
But due to a general lack of participation I may scrub the project unless I
can get four absolutely dedicated people by the end of the day. Keep in
mind this may mean a hundred or so man hours of work, the ability to
perform on stage and be okay with looking like an idiot (ie, lose the ego),
be able to work with other people even when you're ideas are shot down, and
shell out a little money for anything we can procure or hack together.
It's going to take a lot of time, effort, and some money to put something
together worth investing in and unless there are enough people committed to
the project then it's not worth doing because like every school group
project ever, most the work will end up being dumped on one or two people
and the final result will be half-assed and unimpressive.
If enough people want this to happen and are willing to commit, I'm in too,
it could be a ton of fun, but I need four names by the end of the day.
