If you haven’t picked it up yet, see if you can get a spare logo sticker while
you’re at the factory so we can put one on the side that’s visible when it’s on
the shelf.

It talked with BoXZY and they said it may probably needed oil on the ball
screws.
I’m taking it into the factory for repair today. I’ll do my best to get it
back today.
