We ended up with Renaissance Remodeling (617-293-6190, 122 Trapelo Rd, Waltham)
who replaced shingles on my slate roof and rebuilt a gutter that needed help.
We hired him (he did the 49 Oliver St roof with asphalt) because Landmark
Roofing which is a slate specialist and worked on a neighbor’s house came
quickly for estimate but never showed up for the work.
Landmark scheduled us six weeks out and after a month + of waiting
after that, we bailed. They returned deposit.
We hired Eric Siciliano at Renaissance. Comparable price. No leaks so
far. Hoping to get him to paint also.
