Our one bedroom apartment in our two family house will become available September 1st . The apartment has a private entrance, queen size bed bedroom, full bath and large open kitchen- dining and living room area. There is also plenty of storage space and off the street parking during the winter.
The rent is $1800.00 per month and includes utilities.
No smoking / no pets ( but we are open to renter having a cat).
