[h2oneighbors] Anybody have experience in co-buying a home with friends/others?

Hi neighbors!

My friend and I are interested in buying a multi family house together and
I know that's something people do but have no idea where to begin! If
anyone on this list has done that, or has a friend who has that would talk
with me, I would love to discuss it!
