[gvsig-testing] Registration on the new bug tracker

Hi all,
I'm wondering where I should report bugs. In this list or in the bug
tracker [1]? If the second one, can somebody explain me how to register
myself successfully? It seems that I'm registered yet, but I can
retrieve my password. Thanks in advance for your kind attention.
