[guispeak] sharing questions

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to add files and folders to the shared
folder but I don't know how. Would there be someone willing to tell
me how to do this? I'm using windows xp on 3 computers. I'm not
sure if I got this peer to peer sot up right but I'm going to give it a try.
