Hi Keith,
I'd get rid of it, and go with AVG.
I use AVG for antivirus protection, and I love it!

Thanks much, George. Are you very familiar with this program?

Hi Keith,

Have your friend go to http://www.eacceleration.com/helpdesk/ where there is a
link to a live support desk.

They will be able to advise on how to resolve this issue.

If all else fails, try looking up "cookies" in the application's Help files.

George.

Subject: [guispeak] StopSign

A friend of mine just downloaded a program called StopSign from eAccelleration.
He said that this program found more than thirty "threats" or viruses that AVG
didn't find. However, now he cannot log onto Ebay since a lot of pop-ups come
up saying there are cookies.

From my Google search, I find that this program is apparently some sort of
virus checker and Spyware cleaner rolled into one. Does anyone know anything
about this? My thinking is that, for accessibility purposes, he would be
better to remove StopSign and download AVG or something similar.

Thanks for your thoughts.
