[guispeak] JAWS 7.1 is Out

For anyone who uses JAWS and likes to have the very latest, Freedom
Scientific posted minor upgrade version 7.1 on their
http://www.freedomscientific.com site yesterday afternoon. I believe this
is a free update for anybody authorized to run version 7.0.
