I fully endorse Flor's recommendation here.  I've been using
Slovactech's Attachment Options for many years now, and
recommending it to many others.  I have yet to hear one
single adverse comment worth listening to.

If that doesn't work, there is an add-in  called Attachment
Options, to work 
with versions of Outlook XP upwards, available from
