Hi Carol

Find attached a recipe for Chocolate Shortbread.

I don't know if this is the kind of chocolate biscuit recipe you had in mind 
but it is easy to make.

The ginger biscuit recipe and this shortbread will appear in the list of 
recipes this month so that everyone will have them.
