hi Alex,

Lovely to hear from you and to know you have overcome the first hurdle with the 
trainer.  yes, it can be a shock getting a new, lively and exuberant dog can't 
it?  Zeta sounds rather like leo who would also play all day, is very dog 
distracted and is so different to Candy my retired guide dog who we are keeping 
as a pet. .

Its good to know that Ella has obviously found a really good home for her 
retirement as that will be a lot off your mind and you can concentrate on 
building up your partnership with Zeta. 

I am pleased jordan has managed to sort out whatever was wrong with the Guide 
e-mail as mine was off all weekend and, although I could send them out, I 
couldn't bring in any e-mails but its fine again now.
