Here is a recipe from the vi-cooking forum SALMON AND BROCCOLI BAKE 550 g salmon fillets one head broccoli 300 ml natural yogurt one tablespoon Dijon mustard one egg beaten grated rind and zest of half a lemon 3 tablespoons white breadcrumbs Cook salmon flake and place in a shallow ovenproof dish. Cut broccoli into florets and cook until just tender add to salmon. Beat egg yogurt and Dijon mustard together sprinkle over breadcrumbs. Bake gas 6 for 20 to 25 mins until breadcrumbs and brown and mixture is set. nb I did not cook salmon just cubed it.
