this is excellent, you will always do this in future.
you need.
2 cereal bowls.
1 empty plastic bottle, a small empty pop bottle will do.
1 egg.
crack an egg into a bowl.
next you need an empty plastic pop bottle and gently squeeze the bottle while
the opening of the bottle is by the yolk, the yolk will suck into the bottle.
next unsqueeze the bottle over the empty bowl, the yolk will fall out undamaged.
this is an easy way to seperate your egg yolk from the white.
