[guide.chat] Using our names in messages

HI
gets a bit confusing when people writhe email messages in reply to another
message without saying who their talking it to. EXAMPLE. Did you have a nice
time. Better if you put. example.Jane,did you have a nice time.
That way we will know who were talking about.
Don't mean to upset anyone. Just thought it would make it easier for all of us.
