Oh wow Malcolm you had a terrific fantastic day as did all your family, 
beautiful day and an everlasting memory to treasure forever, the seventh of the 
seventh is the luckiest best day of the year, nicola and andy's wedding, my new 
baby grandson jayden's birth and dawn and chris's anniversary and ladie's 
tennis day and my magic's birth too as andrew installed the drivers on this day 
too, what a wonderful day for all, champagne, whisky and chocolate for all to 
celebrate on guide chat.

Subject: [guide.chat] My Grand Daughter's Wedding Day

This is for all the ladies on this group that asked me to describe the wedding 
day of my grand daughter Nicola and Andy her new husband.

I got up in the morning and to my surprise it was not raining, the sun was 
shining. I thought is this the calm before the storm as it was forecast for 
heavy rain all day. I got myself ready and of I went with Dennis my step son 
who was down from Wales. We arrived at the church in good time and believe it 
or not, the sky was blue and the sun was hot. Fingers crossed. We went into the 
church  which was built in 1859 and could seat 1000 people. The organ was 
playing and everyone was coming in and taking their places. Then the wedding 
march broke out and in came the blushing bride being escorted by her mother as 
their was no father to give her away. They all very nervously walked down the 
aisle and the which apparently is the longest in the North  West. The cerammy 
commenced. It all ran smoothly and then the long walk back to the church 
gardens for photographs.

Then off to the Masonic Hall for reception. Food was nice, a hot buffet. 
Speeches and then dancing, music and another buffet at nine pm. All went 
perfectly and finished about 1 30 am. A wonderful day. And the sun shone all 
day and was quite warm.

I will now try for you ladies to describe the wedding dress. Nicola is about 5  
feet 6  tall. She was wearing a full length wedding dress in white. It had a 
heart shaped top and strapless. It came in at the waist and then out in many 
layers. It was adorned with crystal dymamtys from top to bottom of her dress. 
She wore a white Vail which went down her back. She wore silver neckless with 
crystals and earrings to match. Herbowkay of flowers  were white orchids  with 
yellow centre to match the brides maids lemon dresses which were full lenght. 
In the flowers she had a butterfly broach  that she had from her nana Winnie 
when she died  so she had it fixed in the flowers  so she could  be with her on 
her special day. Behind the bride came her two five year old page boys. One her 
son and the other her nephew . They were dressed in black suits and grey waist 
coats. and Elly her three year old daughter dressed in full length white dress 
was walking between the two boys. and then two brides maids dressed in lemon 
full length dresses.

I have tried to describe what I was told so I hope its clear to you all.
