You're still replying to everyone despite Shane taking the time to simply
explain how not to.
Also amazed that you couldn't tell the difference between the two groups. It's
easy - the chat group is called Guide chat and is for chat whereas the support
group is wittily called Guide support and his for any technical questions and
not for sloppy, banal drivvle or a stream of thanks to other users for pointing
out the bleeding obvious to you.
