Hi Maggie,
I have the ptx one machine. When I got it and put the memory stick in it
recognised it and I played a mp3 film back with no problem. The second time I
inserted the memory stick it would not find it. After four weeks off phoning
the R. I. N. B. they said that they hadn't come across this kind of problem
before. They decided to exchange it for a new machine. This one worked seven
times when I put the memory stick in. Now its stopped recognizing the memory
stick but recognises when I take it out. Again they are supposed to be getting
back to me. I must add that the memory stick works ok with anything else and I
have used other memory sticks and the same happens.
