Lots of people live in the country side they love that kind of life style I seen some beautiful countrysides in my time when had sight but ideal if i had sight yes but totally blind no good in countryside would feel very isloted and cut off from the rest of the world. When I had my sight loved going on coach rides looking out of the windows watching all different houses and looking at beautiful gardens wow boy I had wonderful time doing that. wow miss all that now I loved looking at how people use to have beautiful modern front doors windows lovely curtains then I use to say while looking out oh wish I lived their Loved going in villages in Yorkshire wow coach use to drive in narrow streets in villages oh loved some part of Yorkshire. visited Harrogate college in Yorkshire too massive got students in their all doing craft oh had a wonderful time going around there with Henshaws wow you should see of the stuff the disabled students were doing we walked over to them all stood watching but my volunteer told me what they were doing i sat next to girl who was showing me how to make bracelet out of silver safety pins wow brilliant. when you open safety pin you know the needle part she was threading tiny beads on then closed the pin so she did that on lots of pins then some how she got all the pins together around your wrist put some kind of elastic thread through oh marvellous On another section two disabled lads in wheelchairs were putting tiny square mosaik tiles on to mirror border so your mirror you look in had little tiny tiles of mosaiks for border Good isn't it? I love the girls on other side they were sticking colured pompoms the soft fury ones that look like cotton wool balls they were sticking them on front of canvas bag wow we wer allowed to buy them I remember buying black one as girl Tracy stick pink and purple on mine for me she also sewn few tiny silver sequines on they had tiny holes in the sequins but stupid me gave my bag away for present . i gave £4 to that bag for charity for their college then boy was sticking hundred of different buttons on canvas square sorry got that wrong he sewing them took him months made flower designs some ladies were making embroidery flowers cussions covers oh wow that interested me. partially sighted ladies doing them cream cotton squares what they were doing here was on the sewing machine had screen on right hand side. like computerised if you know what I mean. Well they chose different designs of flowers and set that little settings their on that screen and wow my god guess what they were machining away all different flowers in embrodery oh wow felt them gorgeous. this was 4 years ago young man very badly disabled was putting kitchen silver foil twisting it around the twigs of branches he made christmas decoration with that table decoration. he put holly leaves on it and red plastic berries ah wonderful enjoyed myself that day in Harrogate college .
