Hi Vanessa,  Your grandson is stabding in snow several inches deep, enough to 
cover his boots. He is wearing a lovely red jacket wihich looks as though it is 
padded with a warm lining. The jacket  has a hood pulled over a red woolly hat. 
His trousers look like brown corduroy and I think his gloves are also brown. He 
looks quite serious. I woder if he is a bit bewildered by this white stuff, but 
he looks very cute.
I have just heard on the radio that Wales is covered with a blanket of snow. 
Hope it is not too much of a problem for you.
There was snow where I live yesterday. Not a lot but enough to cause 
disruption. I should have attended a birthday celebratin arranged in my honour 
by members of a senior citizen choir I founded seventeen years ago and which is 
still going strong but it had to be cancelled. They insist that I still belong 
even though I had to retire from active participation a few years ago. I expect 
the event  will be re- scheduled when the weather improves. It is not my 
birthday until next week when I shall be 95! I never thought I dhould live this
