the main changes are.
the ble sign is no longer used.
and for the of with
are to written spaced.
we have lost ation and ally
because of the capital dot 6.
to and by must now be written in full
and some changes to punctuation.
the idea behind it all is so one sign is only used in one way to assist back
translation for teachers,
so they can see the work of students without having to learn braille as there
are almost no schools that are able to offer this service.
having said that there are many changes to the maths and scientific codes.
again this time for the students so they do not need to learn 3 codes.
it will all be in one code.
I hope this gives some ideas as to how it is changing.
some people think that the capital sign is new to ueb but introduced this sign
was introduced bach
in the 90's.
