Ditto for me.
I was singled out as different from my first year in primary onwards, because I 
had little vision - I really should have gone to a blind school, but due to an 
oversight (no pun intended!) I went to a sighted school.
The only 'aid' I ever got there was shoved in front of the blackboard. I ended 
up with a white nose, but have never yet read a blackboard.
Anyway, I had the usual name-calling, insults, and failure to be picked when it 
came to games. You either had a breakdown, or learned to take it. I'm glad I 
did the latter; 'cos it prepared me for secondary school.
Kids will pick on anyone they see as different: there was one black boy in a 
three hundred strong primary school, and what he had to take was horrible. 
There was also a girl who had suffered from polio, and therefore had to wear 
callipers on her legs - she had an awful time as well.
Things at secondary were even worse; so-called 'accidental' trips downstairs, 
occasional punches, even at one stage excrement put in my school bag. 
Complaining to the staff made it worse: at least I had the chess club, which 
ran at break times and after school, to retreat to, as well as debating 
society, and, later, when I became a Cghristian, we formed a Christian Union.
I'm glad things aren't quite so bad nowadays.
At least I hope they aren't.

OH YES its awful getting bullied in school 
I got bullied for 3 years none stop in 
Shawgrove school Cavendish road 
West Didsbury manchester 
wow went through pure hell 
can't name these 3 girls 
but they named me as spoilt brat 
they were so jealous of me because I got made fuss off with all the teachers 
and head teacher 
I must admit though I was very very mard at school always went running to the 
teacher all the time 
anyway in the end 
i got spat on in the girls toilets 
kicked me in my legs 
one trapped my fingers in toilet door badly bruise i was 
but too terrified to report them on this accassion 
I knew they were watching me like a hawk 
I wore very thick glasses they really made my life hell took glasses off throw 
them on floor 
nightmare 

in them days we could write in ink on our desk drew love hearts 
i found horrible names on my desk knew who it was 

one day my books were all stolen out of my desk i knew who it was even my exam 
papers wer stolen 
so i ran away from school my parents knew then that i had been bullied 
so this particular year I wa 14 years old 

I had long hair then aubum colour in pig tail elastic band in it 
one girl got hold of my pony tail tightened it even more I just let out a very 
loud scream  then I just snapped 
punched her in face with my knuckles wow didn't know what got in to me but it 
frightened her to death she ran off 
I was shaking like mad but felt great  got sent to headmasters office wow got 
the smack of my life 
he hit me with ruler on back of my legs 
oh god it hurt 
I got suspended for two days so did them girls 
after that nobody came near me 
But I hadn't finished yet 
I was ready for them 
so one day 
i was staying behind in class 
I went to them girls desk lift lids up then just threw coke all over their work 
all there books were soaking wet  then their work of art pictures on wall I 
just wripped them from wall put in toilet pull chain to hide edvience 
so yes it was my turn to bully them
