Manchester Royal Infirmary man dies in balcony fall.
A man has died after falling from a balcony inside a public area at the
Manchester Royal Infirmary.
The man, believed to be in his 60s and a patient at the hospital, fell from the
third floor into the main atrium at about 14:35 GMT on Sunday.
Greater Manchester Police said the man died at the scene.
Officers said they were not treating the man's death as suspicious and said the
incident will be passed to the coroner.
