I will work with Paula. We should have her sessions firmed up by the end
of next Friday. We have a state-wide PS Users Group meeting and we were
going to take a poll at that time to see what is 'wanted'.
Also a quick reminder about our next meeting on the 13th at 10:00 at Monroe
County Board of Ed.

We had two new vendors sign up yesterday – Level Data and Accela School.
Level Data found out that Gayle Ash no longer works for the Conference
Center. Her voice mail says she will be out until December 29, but the
conference center says she no longer works for them. I need updated
information in order to update the website.
Also, PSISJS is trying to get a booth number. They have emailed our Gmail
account more than once. I just wanted to make sure someone knows about it.
I need for the board member who is talking to Brock at K12 to ask him who
his 2nd attendee is (maybe Alicia?) so that we can get that person
registered. I also need to know what their session topics will be so that I
can plan to teach something that isn’t already being covered.
If anyone know what the rest of the GaDOE staff will be teaching, let me
know so I can update the spreadsheet.
I need for the PowerSchool people (person?) who is talking to Paula
Crowley about her sessions to send me those so that I can update the
spreadsheet.
One more thing – if any of you are looking at emails in our Gmail account,
I need for you to change any email you read to “Mark as Unread” if it is
something regarding registration that I need to handle. If I don’t see it
as unread, I might assume that someone has addressed it.
There have been a number of cancellations in the past couple of days. I
want to get the proposed sessions updated as soon as possible so that maybe
some of those people will reconsider before canceling.
