Plus, local money is used for some teachers, some money comes from Federal
Program, some comes from Special Ed, so you have money coming from
different places. So, to do it properly it would be very complicated.

The allotment sheets from the DOE are based on the class-size rule that
none of probably don’t user anymore since we all have waivers. It is also
based on three FTE counts to indicate how many teachers you earn. There
may be more to it than this but this is the basics.
