I got an email/link from SCHED. I have created an account for us to
explore the back end of the application. He said we can start building our
event to see it's ease of use before going with the paid version. It looks
like the schedule can be imported. I have attached the template. You can
also add information manually.

I don't either, but if we get more vendors to sponsor that way, we need to
consider that as an option. It's all about what will bring sponsorship in.
It would be wise for us to have sponsorship opportunities for things
vendors are willing to pay for....like the sponsorship of a room key.
