I would like to remind everyone that we will meet at the  Conference Center, 
Tuesday, Feb 2 at 4:00 pm to unload boxes for the conference. Please plan to 
meet for approximately 1 hr immediately following the unloading of all item.

Also, do not forget to bring your projectors. All projectors, cables, bags... 
must be labeled with your district name. Otherwise, you may not get all items 
returned.
