I didn’t think so. I found where the DOE documentation said we do code a date
entered us school but no where could I find anything about coding or not
coding us school less than 3 years .

I don't think we are suppose to.
The exchange resident status for 900 (or whatever it is) lets the state know
they are an exchange student.
