STARS currently has the M and MS has Credit Indicator Key which excludes from 
HOPE calculation.  SO that makes since to use the M code.  Thank you, Anna and

We use M. I think you would use the O if you posted a course to transcript that 
doesn't have a state course number. If I remember correctly, you should also 
have to add these in STARS.

Good afternoon.  On middle school courses receiving high school credits, which 
HOPE credit qualifier is needed (see below)?  We are not counting the HS 
credits earned in MS in our high school class rank or HOPE data.  Thank you so
