Good day.
During today's GSIS Board meeting, the group furthered our discussion
regarding the setup of SLDS access for GNETS teachers. The board
understands the desired goal. However, there are still concerns regarding
the process, the various scenarios in which students are served in the
various districts, and if the expected result can be achieved.
The GSIS Conference is just around the corner. We are expecting to be
faced with a large number of questions. The board would like to find an
opportunity to meet with you to obtain more information. The board will be
arriving in Savannah during the afternoon of February 7th. Please review
your schedule for a possible time that we may be able to meet during the
conference.
