Good Morning Bill.
Thank you for this approval. We are excited to be able to help with this new
additional sponsorship for the Conference.
I am good with all the bullet points. I will work with PLI and Westin on the
cards. Yes, I agree you will all see the proof before going to print. I may
need to see if you know your numbers of guest in the past 2 years that stayed
at the Westin to get an idea on the counts.
I will keep you in the loop with this design.

Hey Bill:
I am getting back to you with our board decision. The board met yesterday in
Macon. Regarding your desire to have a vendor sponsorship of placing the
PSISJS logo on hotel room keys, we agree to this marketing promotional with the
following stipulations:
1) We ask that you limit the number of cards to 540. With some
singletons, this should cover the 225 rooms already reserved at the Westin.
2) You, your company, and the PLI representative are to negotiate all
codes and setups with the PLI company and the Westin Hotel.
3) Because there is no direct benefit to the GSIS organization, the board
is requiring a $500 conference sponsorship from PSISJS, to assist in reducing
conference costs for attendees.
4) In addition to your company logo on the card, we ask that you also
place the GSIS logo. We have a jpg file of this logo available on our website.
I have also attached a copy here.
5) We ask that you allow us to approve the card before printing.
6) The card or its use cannot be tied to any other special privileges.
7) If you want to give additional item(s), available as door prizes to all
persons, we welcome that.
