We added a new field asking attendees if we could give out their email to 
vendors.  I’m not sure if Anna or someone else can pull this information.

If I recall....we had decided that we would not provide attendee lists to 
vendors....respectfully.

This discussion mentioned allowing vendors to collect this information at their 
booth.  I know there was also discussion about this being done at other 
conferences.  But, we collectively decided not to.

Check the board notes from last year, maybe around November to January. I know 
we discussed it but cannot remember exactly what was decided. I added a 
question to the registration form this time to ask whether people wanted their 
email addresses released. We have a split as to whether people wanted to 
release their info. Since the question was asked, I feel we should honor that 
decision. If the board says it is ok to release info, I can pull a list from 
RegOnline for just those who wanted to release their email.
