At 12:30 pm today there was a break-in at a house on Montclair Ave.
Luckily, an alert neighbor saw the suspect and their vehicle in the act and
notified CMPD. The neighbor also spoke to the homeowner who is out of town
and they confirmed the alarm was triggered.

The vehicle was a 4-door light-colored, late model Cadillac with temporary
license plates. The suspect was wearing glasses and a hat and was talking
on a cell phone.

Please look closely at your neighbor's driveways, carports, etc. and be on
the lookout for this vehicle.
