[greenwood_gardeners] Water Supply is on

I worked on the water supply Friday and Saturday and have it running now.  We 
will do any major upgrades in the fall.
One hose has a bad male connection, that is why it has no nozzle and is not 
turned on.  I will cut it off and add a new connector on Tuesday.

I also mowed the "Central Park East" and "Central Park West" sides, and cleared 
out the drainage path in both, including the all the muck that was blocking the 
drainage under the bridge, and improved the outlet drain.
Once the muck dries out, it will be leveled and sloped to improve the drainage 
in this area and make it easier to keep mowed.
