[greenstone_es] Instalación del GLI Client de Greenstone en Windows IMPOSIBLE

Hola, he hecho cada una de las cosas que dice la guía de instalación y no he
logrado poner a funcionar el client en windows, tengo un servidor IIS, me he
quedado en esta parte de la guía
*Importante: no seguir adelante con estas instrucciones hasta que todo lo
anterior haya sido configurado exitosamente. De lo contrario, nada
funcionará.*
o sea instalando en el servidor, aún no he instalado nada por la parte del
cliente, devuelve el siguiente error

por supuesto que está el java instalado e incluso, voy a
*c:\WINDOWS\system32
*y ahí está el .exe, busqué en el fichero gsdlsite.cfg el JAVA_HOME y
está comentado, en fin ya no se que hacer
