[GradeQuick] teacher consequences?

Greetings!

We just got GradeQuick Web up and running at the beginning of October, and
so far it's been great! We have favorable reports from our teachers who
really enjoy the ability to update grades from any internet connection.

Now, my question has nothing to do with GradeQuick Web, but a totally
different topic. I thought since most of you are in this situation I
would ask how you handle this problem.

What do you do with teachers who are late with grades? We used to have
grades due on Mondays at 8am. We switched it to Tuesdays at noon in hopes
of having more people get grades in on time. Unfortunately we STILL have
the same bunch late as we did before!

Does anyone have a method that seems to work with these chronic
procrastinators?!?!

Thanks for your help. I am simply looking for ideas for this frustrating
problem.

Bonnie
