Otto- Can I presume that you have PowerShell 1.0 installed on these systems prior to doing the install of the snapins? 2nd question, if you start PowerShell and enter the following command: Get-pssnapin -registered Do you see SDMSoftware.PowerShell.GPMC listed as one of the available snap-ins? IF so, try loading it manually by typing: Add-pssnapin SDMSoftware.PowerShell.GPMC Let me know how that works.
