You can redirect the desktop natively through Group Policy, but not the
Favorites folder. However, it is possible to redirect the Favorites
folder with some custom registry settings and scripts.

Keep in mind if you're already redirecting to %HOMESHARE%%HOMEPATH% you
shouldn't need to create a new folder for each user upon redirection.

Subject: [gptalk] Desktop Redirection

Is it possible to redirect user's desktop and favorites to their home
directory?

Via Advanced.

Add my group

Create a folder for each user under the root path selected

And for the root path use the following

%HOMESHARE%%HOMEPATH%

Will this work?

Thanks,

Scott
