Hi Andrew, Add them to the public folder favorites, and then from there add it to the favorite folders. I'm not sure if it's possible to do this automatically.. Hi all, I have a feeling this is going to be a no, but does anyone know of a way to add public folders (in particular the public calendars) to an Outlook (2003) users favourites so that they don't have to browse to it via the Folder List? I don't mind doing this using a registry tweak or a simple script deployed via GPO if that is the only way. Many thanks Andrew
