Hi guys. Great sailing again today. Alexis got another bullet, Anam
Cara was second, and Rebecca J justed edged Southern Yankee to finish
3rd. Congratulations again to "those Leeward Marina guys." This was an
interesting race.a drag race really. A Close Reach followed by acloser
reach followed by a fetch, with current not much of a factor. Pure hull
speed for most of the race.
I'd like to continue the tradition started by John Edwards and host the
group at my place for an "indoor barbecue", only this time at my place.
203 James Landing Circle in Gatling Pointe. Will be Sunday, December
19th, starting about 6PM. We'll provide some kind of food, beer, wine,
and soft drinks. I'll give out trophies for the Fall and Frostbite
series, and we can swap lies and engage in other sailor-like behavior.
Please RSVP so I know how much stuff to buy.
