John,

Attached is a chart showing slip assignments for your group.  As in previous years, those captains that are members of reciprocal clubs (Gatling Pointe, Hampton, etc.) will have a complimentary slip for one night.  All will have full use of our club, including bar and dining room.  Unfortunately our pool and Yacht Pub won't be opened until the following Memorial Day weekend.   I've also attached information on our transient policies and a registration form that each Captain may wish to fill out ahead of time to speed up the check-in process.

When you arrive, please check in with Robin Peabody in the clubhouse (757-930-0561), or with the bar manager on duty.  Both Rick Ficklin (Boating Committee Chair) and I plan to be at the club over the weekend.  Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
